Ik ben aan het uitzoeken hoe het precies zit met de rechten van nike afbeeldingen (schoenen).
Om er zeker van te zijn dat niks illegaal gebeurt.

Iemand enig idee waar ik nu heen moet mailen?
Bij The Netherlands staat er namelijk alleen maar een telefoon nummer. en op nikebiz geen email.

Dear Nike,

I have a few questing about images to use for my website.

It's about a communication website, where people can comment/rate on shoes. De most of the shoes i public are Nike shoes. Can i use images of nike shoes legal? or are all nike images with a copyright ?

My second questing is:
Can i use images of Nike shoes to print it on T-shirts and sell it in my shop?

Maar als je een groot bedrijf zoals Nike gaat mailen, zorg dan in ieder geval dat je Engelse mail foutloos is. laat desnoods iemand anders de mail vertalen.

Is bellen niet gewoon gemakkelijker/duidelijker?

Heb liever een mail deze kan je dan uitprinten. En als er dan wat gebeurt, heb je iets om op terug te vallen.

Dan bel je, vraag je naar de afdeling juridische zaken en leg je probleem voor. En dan afhankelijk van het antwoord vraag je om een schriftelijke bevestiging.
