Ik ben bezig met het reseller-programma van MEGA Cloud, hiervoor moet ik natuurlijk even een handtekening zetten onder een pdf.

Nu lees ik het volgende in hoofdstuk 6.

6 Fees, Payments, Commissions, Taxes and Audit

6.1 Product fees
Mega will set the pricing for the Product and Reseller must sell the Product at that
pricing, without discount or rebate. Mega may change the pricing from time to time.
Mega will inform Reseller and Administrative Agent of the pricing, which will be in
Euros (€) or such other currency or currencies specified by Mega from time to time.
Reseller may charge Customers in Reseller’s own currency, using the relevant conversion
rate available at www.xe.com, which the Reseller must obtain on the first Monday of
each month.

6.2 Payments
Reseller must prepay the Administrative Agent for the Product. The price paid for each
Product will by the retail price set by Mega pursuant to clause 6.1, less Commission.

6.3 Inventory
To place its first order, Reseller must prepay into Administrative Agent’s Designated
Account a minimum amount, as specified on the Mega Website or as otherwise agreed
between the parties. Mega will then provide Reseller with an inventory of unique
authorisation codes, relating to Products of varying storage size and subscription length.
The first inventory provided will be determined by Mega. The process will be the same
for subsequent orders; however, Reseller may specify its inventory requirements.
When Reseller sells a Product to a Customer, then Reseller must provide the appropriate
unique authorisation code to the Customer. Reseller must not otherwise (whether
intentionally or unintentionally) disclose or publish any of the unique authorisation codes.

6.4 Reporting
By 11 am Singapore time each Monday, Reseller must email a report to Administrative
Agent and Mega setting out the number of Products sold, the revenue received, the
unique authorisation codes that have been allocated, and the Customer details
corresponding to each unique authorisation code.


6.5 Taxes
As between the parties, Reseller will be responsible for all duties, sales or use tax relating
to its use or distribution of the Product. Reseller will have the right to withhold from any
amounts due any amount that is required by applicable tax laws or regulations to be
withheld, and Reseller will promptly provide Administrative Agent with a certificate or
other reasonable evidence of any such withheld amounts.

6.6 Collections and Bad Debts
Reseller is responsible for collecting the appropriate fees for the Products from each
Customer. If a Customer fails to pay, or does a charge-back to a credit card, any financial
loss is that of Reseller.

6.7 Renewals
While this Agreement remains in force and Reseller is an active reseller for Mega, if a
Customer who has been introduced by Reseller renews the Customer’s subscription
directly with Mega or Administrative Agent, then Reseller remains entitled to
Commission on such renewal amounts. Administrative Agent will pay Reseller such
Commissions monthly, within 10 Business Days of the end of the month.

Betekend dit nou dat ik eerst voor moet gaan schieten van wat ik verwacht te gaan verkopen? En daarna nog eens geld terug krijg van MEGA, of geld moet gaan betalen als ik meer verkocht heb?
