Mijn werkgever is 's werelds grootste voedingsmiddelenconcern. Voor een tak van dit bedrijf willen we de Nederlandse website nieuw in de markt gaan zetten, aangepast aan de hedendaagse eisen en mogelijkheden.
Wij zoeken hiervoor een zeer professionele partner. Budget is ruim aanwezig, maar afhankelijk van wat er geboden gaat worden. Belangrijke speerpunten zijn internetmarketing (SEO, e-commerce, landingpages, mailinglists, analytics etc) en functionaliteit.

Hieronder de opgave zoals mij voorgelegd:

We are considering the re - launching of the NL market sales website and adjust it to local marketing expectations/habits/ standards. That’s why we want to make a market research and to find the local agency, who is specialist in website building field and to sent them the request regarding the cost & timing of implementing completely new website for NL market.

To estimate the budget for such a project agency will need some technical specification (what exactly we want to be present on the website ect.)

You can ask them to estimate 2 separate ( approximate) budgets of creation the following few versions of website:

1. Website with:
- user friendly structure & navigation,
- very attractive layout,
- adjusted to SEO (Search Engine Optimalization) standards,
- with CSM module to manage the website,
- with online chat functionality & order form options,
- adjusted to the “3 clicks” rule,
- connected to the Facebook Fanpage,
- with available search functionality,
- newsletter functionality & managing platform,
- automatic email notification after placing the order,
- possibility to fun online promotion -> CMS module,
- module to get the reports on platform activities/visits,
- created in 2 languages (PT & EN),
- mobile version of the website,
- possible CRM connection,
- created in PHP technology & local hosting.

2. Website with the same technical specification above, but created in SarePoint technology & Verizon hosting.

These are just few details of the complex technical specification for the website. So I expect the agency will supply you just with preliminary estimations ( timing : from … to … month, cost: from …. to …. EUR).

Als je interesse hebt en je werkt bij, of eigenaar bent van, een gezond solide bedrijf met bewezen trackrecord wil ik je vragen om een offerte uit te brengen. Als deze realistisch is en er goed uit ziet is de kans groot dat je de opdracht krijgt.
