But we must engage a valuation company with REAL manual service. So I will only accept valuations from independent sources I and my partners trust.

Toen ik mijn eerste namen op Sedo had gezet kreeg ik ook dit soort mail. Allemaal scam, niks mee doen.

Oké, in eerste instantie leek het serieus maar met zo'n lange tweede mail erachteraan lijkt het nergens meer op inderdaad.

Frustrerend idee dat er waarschijnlijk toch nog altijd mensen zullen zijn die hier met handen en voeten in trappen... Dit is pure oplichterij als je het mij vraagt.

Ook leuk dat de Vice President van een bedrijf zelf de domeinen uitzoekt en dan ook nog eens zelf alles afhandelt. Dat betekend dat er geen administratieve afdeling zal zijn en het bedrijf niet zo groot is als het woord 'Vice President' impliceert.

Heb overigens het gevoel dat de mails van een niet-westers land komen gezien de zinsopbouw.

Ik mailde ze voor de grap dat ik akkoord ga met een bod van 100.000 USD, krijg ik prompt een mail terug met de vraag of ik akkoord ga met een bod van 99.000 USD. Ik zal ze eens lekker aan het werk zetten en mailen dat ik alleen akkoord ga met een bod van 99.999 USD ;-) Et cetera.

Goed dat je het nog even meedeelt, want er zullen altijd mensen zijn die hier intrappen toch? De eerste keer dacht ik ook echt dat ik te maken had met een geďnteresseerde partij, haha.

Mijn domeinnaam was trouwens iPaddownloading.com. Zit zowaar een beetje direct traffic op.

ze lijken een bod te doen, maar als je bijna je geld hebt willen ze even een appraisal of estimate laten doen door een bureautje van henzelf.

is niets nieuws en zullen altijd mensen in blijven trappen.

eigenlijk zou je moeten uitzoeken welke domeinen zij hebben en daar op bieden, via mailbombs...

Inderdaad een scam, google staat er ook vol mee. Precies dezelfde mail wordt naar iedereen gestuurd.
