My name is Kathy Baxter and I work with the User Experience Research Group at Google focusing on AdSense. We are conducting interviews with people who use AdSense so we can gain a better understanding of how to improve the product experience. We would like to invite you to participate. Here are some details about the interview:

• The interview will take approximately one hour.
• During the phone interview, we would like to connect to your computer so that you can show us your AdSense account. The connection would be temporary and you would have full control over what we see. We will handle the technical side of this and your participation in setting this up is very small. We will talk you through the couple of steps to establish a connection.<LI style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)">To participate in the interview you must agree to the attached Non-disclosure agreement. <LI style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)">You must have a Windows PC with Internet Explorer.
• We will be discussing your experience with AdSense and the different ways you use it.
• We are offering $75 in AMEX gift checks in appreciation of your time and expertise.
